What: We will be having Dr. Leal as our guest speaker
Who: Dr. Leal, NASA Astronout/Astronomer
Why: To teach children about why the moon changes phases and what it takes to make them change.

What: The class will be going to the school's library as a class field trip to find books on the moon and its phases.
Who: Mrs. Garza's 3rd grade class
Why: To look for books that may come in useful for the research paper the students will be writing. In oreder for them to do this paper, they must do research and read books on the moon phases topic.
